In this moderate-intensity sequence, Daniel leads you through a variety of mobility drills for your shoulder girdle, designed to help you find more space, movement and freedom in your upper body.
Ready to mobilize + alleviate rounded shoulders, relieve all your major shoulder muscles tightness & improve neck alignment.
Bonus: This class is a great way to prepare for backbends and to counteract the effects of daily activities like slouching in front of your computer too much, cooking, texting, and driving.
