Align 101
Align 101 introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Align focuses on staying in the pose more than 10 breaths which benefit you in discovering yourself.

Align + classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to fundamental principles such as basic yoga poses, proper alignment and breath work.
You will explore intermediate asana with precise explanation and few breathing technique to deepen your practice.
It is recommended that you should have experienced on yoga practice at least 3 months.

Flow
Flow yoga is a style in which the transition from one pose to the next is coordinated with the breath. The teacher will deliver precise instruction with focus on flowing with the sequence rather than necessarily focused on alignment in each pose. Do expect movement pace is a little faster than Align 101.

Flow + classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to fundamental Flow principles including smooth transition from one posture to the other posture coordinated with breaths.
It is recommended that you have attended Align 101 and Flow at least 3 months at our studio or should have experienced on yoga practice at least 6 months.

Prana Vashya
Introductory series
Introductory series is a shorten version of primary full series in order to finish the practice within 60- 70mins; designed for beginners or students new to Prana Vashya Yoga.
Each class progressively builds on the previous class, students will learn about the basic principles of Prana Vashya’s alignment and breathing. This series will equip you with strong foundation and prepare you to advance into Prana Vashya primary series.

Primary series is suited for practitioners who have previously attended one or more Introductory series and have a solid understanding of the Prana Vashya basic principles.
In this 60 asana – understand the relationship between breath and asana to develop breath-centered yoga practice. You will discover and benefit the positive gains of physical, physiological and psychological levels through repeated dynamic and intense practice.
