Mother & Daughter Massage Class

If you are looking for a way to connect with your mother/daughter, consider a mother and daughter massage class this weekend! This is a great way for the two of you to relax and spend time together without any constraints!

Trina is an experienced massage therapist whom will be conducting the class at Align Yoga studio.

In our group couples massage classes you can expect to learn the basic massage technique covering arms and shoulders. You will learn to massage better, firmer, more gracefully and intuitively in a fun, safe, and beautiful class environment. While the classes do require two people - friends, families, and anyone interested in learning the enviable skill of giving an excellent massage, is welcome.
