I'm a web developer, and my work is quite hectic from both the physical and mental perspectives. As I had to sit in front of a laptop throughout my work hours especially when working on big projects like b 3 flight jacket's integration process. And whenever I do so, I suffered from severe survival pain. One of my friends recommend yoga exercises for this problem, but I can't manage to arrange a time for yoga due to this tough routine. That's why I'm here for seeking advice, is really yoga help my condition or not? Will yoga be worthwhile for me or not?
